Is there an age limit for the tours?
You must be 21+ to attend and a valid photo ID is required as proof of age.

What can/can't I bring to the event?
Food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted on the bus, but no alcoholic beverages are allowed before our first winery. No glass or pets.
What do I do with personal belongings while at each winery?
We recommend carrying all valuables with you during the day. The bus will be locked or secured by a chauffeur at all times should you choose to leave anything on the bus. All personal items are your responsibility.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Your ticket is transferable to another individual 21+. To do this, please email your ticket to the person replacing you and have them check in under your reservation. No name change on the ticket/reservation is required.
We can only transfer tickets to another date/time within 24 hours of your purchase. No exceptions.
What's the cancellation policy?
If your tour is canceled due to dangerous weather conditions or any other reason, you will be notified via the email used to purchase your ticket(s) no later than 5 pm EST the day before your scheduled tour.
Is my purchase refundable?
We honor refund requests that are made within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds will not be given, under any circumstances, after the initial 24-hour purchase period. No full or partial refunds are given to customers who miss an event.
Canceled tours will be fully refunded. If you can't make the new date of a rescheduled tour, you are entitled to a refund upon request.
